Black Carat sells cleaning products but also provides cleaning services our stores. This service can also be provided if the customer ships the jewelry to us.
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
We are extremely sorry for this inconvenience, however, upon receiving the item, a proof must be given of the damaged jewelry and for further help, please contact our customer service to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
How will I know my order is on the way?
